Around midnight, our family was rudely awaken by a loud party happening in the room next door (mind you, most floors only have two rooms). The food and amenities were okay, although not up to the standard of 5-star property that is charging upwards of $1,000/night.The most disappointing part of the stay was a poorly handled security concern in the middle of the night. The customer service on the whole was good. The property is in a quieter, affluent residential area of Miami Beach, which is why I chose it as a weekend getaway trip for my parents instead of the sister property in South Beach.
